Workout for: arms/abs?!

Question: i can tell my abs are there.. like i can see them, but i can also tell theres a layer of fat on top of them.. could someone tell me how i could remove that via diet/exercise ??

and my arms.. same deal.. i can feel and see it.. but my triceps need more work.. would regular triceps workouts do anything on that ?? like triceps lifts with dumbbells ??

Abs are difficult, your mid section is the first place your body stores fat and there is no such thing as "spot reduction" to lose body fat % on your stomach you need to lose it everywhere. Hopefully someone can tell you a good diet for that because I got the same problem ab wise.

As for your triceps, if you are a regular weight lifter work triceps once a week with 4 workouts in a day, what this does is by working the triceps 4 times in one day all the blood rushes to it forcing it to grow faster, the week break allows for proper healing and not over training. But remember to take lots of protien as your body uses it to repair. Also trick your muscles a bit and find a weight you can max out at 12 reps with, second set 8 reps max and third 6 reps. Changing the weight causes muscle confusion which also forces it to grow faster.

But if you are not a regular weight lifter DO NOT DO THIS. You cannot work only one muscle and nothing else, every action has a reaction.

Ok, try running a bit more, lifting a bit more, buy some supplements, and try to cut down on the sugar/water a little.

it could be water fat, but running will burn the fat and lifting weights will burn and build your muscle. sugar just adds fatt too, but it is hard to get away from. goodluck =]
