Is this a good diet plan if I want to lose 15 pounds a month? PLEASE HELP?!?!
Question: A Slim Fast shake for breakfast and only fruit and veggies the rest of the day. Chicken Broth for dinner and 45 min everyday on tredmill...I will also take vitamin supplements for those who think I'm not getting enough nutrients. My goal is to lose 100 pnds in the next 7 months before I start college because I won't have as much time then...I'm 5'9 and weigh 285 I want to be down to at least 185 by September

There is no healthy way to lose that much weight that quickly. You will throw your body into a downward spiral of unhealthy turmoil. Vitamins do not supply you with the natural nutrients you need, they are not meant to be replacements for them. RETHINK it please, for your own sake hun.
