How can I flatten my stomach?!
Question: I'm a 23 y/o college student and worker and I have a pretty small build, but still have that little bump in my stomach. I'm 5'8" and weigh 171.5 lbs. I would like to get down to 160, minimum. I've already started my own "work out program", consisting of cardio three times a week (running), drinking plenty of water, and cutting out fats, carbos, sodas (which I've done for MONTHS now), sweets, etc. Will my stomach flatten sticking to this routine? Here's some pics of my tummy to see how I currently look.

you have to do abdominal workouts .. upper and lower ubs .. and also swim .. its helps you tone ..
