What keep a person young?!


Question: I wanna find out with what eatin stuff or what are somethings that we can do during our life to keep us young for a long time.......such as what kind of food i know about vegetables. Thanks N Advance....:))

I'm 30 and everyone comments on how young i look, even to the point of thinking my ten year old is my sister
i think the trick is to not stress out, get enough sleep and feel like your twenty
also as far as nutrition, drink lots of water, no soda limit caffeine, eat natural food as much as possible, no preservatives and fast food...i cook from scratch everyday because i have the time to but if you work late and can't you really need to read the labels on food packaging
invest time in learning fast and easy ways to cook - one of our faves is pita pizza, (pizza made on pita bread, i chop up broccoli, peppers, even finely chopped kale)

not sure about the foods but laughing keeps me young.

A healthy outlook on life also keeps you young.

Exersize for both the body and the mind is what works. Keep your body in shape and keep your mind sharp. That and a good outlook. You have to know how to love, play and laugh.

EVERYTHING IN MODERATION
Positive attitude, A happy MIND reflects a Happy Body!

vegeterian dishes keeps you young in a way that apparently you dn't get ill as compared to non veg food which sometimes result in probs such as cardio, hypertension....
But a healthy lifestyle can help to stay young....besides to feel young is only a psychological attitude....

basically a healthy balanced diet including vitamins minarals friut,right kinds of carbs/proteins. mono fats (mono fats is the good fats for your body) combine all this with keeping fit u cant go wrong, keep your heart healthy live longer xx.
food e.g, salmon/oily fish/chicken/salads/friut salads.
