Would I be eating enough if I...?!
Question: If I ate 300 calories per meal Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner and one to two light snacks per day would I be eating enough calories if I weigh 155 and I am a female at the height of five foot seven inches with a goal weight of 125-130 , I also am small framed to give a little extra info.
total caloric intake per day : apx 900-1000
Do you think theis will substantially help me lose the weight I want to?

I am 5'8" and weight 130.5. I did this by eating about 4 - 5 small meals a day, from 300 - 400 calories each.
Your body needs at least 1200 calories to function properly and to stay out of a sort of starvation mode.
My advice would be to increase your breakfast to 400, and add a few cals to your snacks.

i would no reccomend it because that is a bit low, unless you are about 80 lbs. It will put your body into starvation mode and hurt you matabolism.
they healthy amount is around 1200 cals a day :)
