I dont know anything about remembering routines lol thats more for the psychology section however I can tell you exactly what to do in order to maintain your weight for the most part while eliminating that excess stomach fat. 99% of this will come down to diet and eating habits. Everyone in the fitness, training medical field etc. will agree that you truley are what you eat. You are going to want to eat about 4-6 smaller meals instead of 3 large meals a day. This will increase metabolism thus increase fat burning down below on the stomach. Your diet should consist mostly of lean protein such as skinless chicken breast, tuna, other fish, lean pork and egg whites. The first half of your day is when you should be eating small amounts of complex carbs such as whole wheat breads. And of course you can eat plenty of veges. Also, drink as much water as you can handle. This diet alteration alone will begin to help the belly fat. Also, do 20-30 minutes of fast paced cardio every morning on an empty stomach!!! this is essential for maximum stomach fat loss. I gurantee this will work
