How do i get thinner arms????!


Question: so im not a big girl by any means, i weigh 120 lbs and im currently eating right and exercising regularly, but one area of my body just gives me the hardest time. my arms.

no matter how thin i get, or how much cardio i do, i always feel like my arms are too thick. how do i target my upper arms and get rid of the extra fat without bulking up???

I'd agree the best you could do would be light weight/ high repetition excercises with cardio... also eat whole grain, fruit, vegetables, dairy, and fish/meat/some protein source. Stay away from empty calories and bad carbs like donuts, white bread, soda, etc..
