Does anyone know?!

Question: Do you know of any food products that are premade or can be mixed with milk/water that are high in calories and nutrition, but low in fat?

I have a really hard time eating as much as I should for some reason and it would be great if I could find some things that are varied enough and healthy enough to eat/drink every day to take care of a big portion of my dietary needs.

Thats a hard question!!! i would suggest to look for choccy powders for milk or other flavours, these are generally low in fat, if they have any fat at all, just choose low in sugar.
The sugars in most processed foods will convert to carbohydrate and ultimately be stored as fat in your muscles. Try following a LOW GI eating plan, one that a diabetic has to follow- look it up on the net. This consist of very low sugar intake, but eat small portions of food that have lasting energy... slow release foods to help maintain an active lifestyle, otherwise you may feel constantly fatigued if your barely eating anything. Wholemeal toast with a protein shake willl kickstart you for the day as it is combined carbohydrate for energy (but the carbs are slow release so you 'll have energy for longer and the protein will provide nutrients for your muscles)

there are a ton of meal replacement shakes. Just look on google you will find a bunch.
