Weight watchers.. how many points can u have in one day? any other advice/tips o!

Question: You have to do a little quiz which is roughly as follows...

Female = 3
Male = 9

Not breastfeeding = 0
Breastfeeding exclusively = 10
Breastfeeding with supplements = 5

Age
16-20 = 5
21-35 = 4
36-50 = 3
51-65 = 2
Over 65 = 1

Weight - How many stones do you weight (ignore the pounds) = stones

Under 5ft4ins = 1
5ft4ins or above = 2

Day to day life
sitting most of the time = 0
Occasionally sitting but mainly standing = 2
Walking most of the time = 4
Doing physically hard work most of the time = 6

Now add up the total including how many stone you are for your daily points. Range should be between 16 and 40.

One point is 70kcal or 4g saturated fat.

E.g. if your food is 140kcal and 2g saturated fat, it would be 2.5 points.

20 aint it?

It depends everyone has there own amount of points

It depends on if you're male or female and your current weight... You can find it online if you'd like..

The amount of points you get depends on how much you weigh. The more you exercise the more points you earn. It really works if you live an active life, but it can also make you neurotic as hell with all the calculating and numbers... Good luck!

My tip is don't get ripped of by Weightwatchers and think about a healthy diet for life. Exercise and good natural food is the key. You can eat as much as you want if yuo eat the right things and exercise.

Its depends on your weight. Im around 128 lbs...I have about 18 points a day.

hi I'm a big fan on weight watchers,over the years i have been on all sorts of diets the soup diets the mars bar diets starvation diets. the only one for me was weight watchers its very good. as for your points that depends on your weight i used to be 12 stone and i was on 18 points. with weight watchers you can eat any thing you want to eat as long as you count your points, you can also buy a points calculator and when going shopping if your not sure on anything you can calculate it out on your machine its quite fun. i do hope you take this advice good luck and take care marina xx

I have just lost a stone and a half on W.W, my eldest daughter has lost a stone and my youngest has lost a stone and half. The amount of points you have depends on your, weight, gender, age and level of activity. I'd advise finding a local meeting and going with a friend. You really have to want to lose weight in order to stick to the plan and at first it is consuming working out points etc, but you soon get used to points values of products and it becomes second nature. If you do not wish to attend meetings try the W.W web site.
