Muscle building and my diet =(?!

Question: Sh here is the thing, i heard that you can't build muscle and loose fat at the same time, and that's exactly what i'm trying to do :(
I'm on a 1500-1800 calories diet, and i workout 3 times a week, 20 minutes of weightlifting and 30 minutes cardio, so my question is this, am i still building muscle when i'm lfting weights since i'm on a diet?
Thanks

Yes, funny thing is muscles eat fat, so while your muscle is growing it uses some of your fat to grow.

Yes.

Yes, you are building muscle. Unless you are lifting weights for the sam muscle groups every day. Lifting weights breaks down the muscle.... then, it needs time to rebuild. If you don't give your muscles a rest they continue to break down... and you will see no results.

Be sure to drink a protein shake after your weight lifting and take glutamine after your cardio workouts. This will help you get the results you want!

Keep up the good work :)

Yes. Everything you are doing is perfect, but if you don't see faster results , watch how much fat you consume in your 180 calorie diet!
