How much do you think I should weigh?!


Question: Hi all, I'm a 29 year old woman, I'm 5 3" and I was wondering what should be a healthy weight for someone like me. I'm sure there must be a weigh range, like from 100 to 125 lbs or something like that, considering that each individual has a different bone structure and excercizes more or less. I would like to know your opinion and then I'll say how much I weigh! :-)

I am 24 5'2 and weight 136 and am just over weight for my weight range I think mine is 109 - 135 or something. I go to weight wacthers and figured it out using there method. I am sure you can find it out online though.
