2. People that say stop eating are ignorant because stopping eating actually causes your body to keep even more of what you put in (starvation mode).
3. People that think exercise is the answer to everything. 80% of weight loss and health is diet.
4. People that say you should work out until you sweat are the extreme of ignorance. Sweat is nothing but water. It is nothing more than an indicator of core temperature being too high. Anything you sweat out is replaced as soon as you drink water.
5. Anyone that suggests using the Atkin's diet should be shot. It is horrible for your system and actually increases your risk for heart attack.

I would say if people start pushing products on you and tell you to take this and that product to help you lose weight and get bigger. People who tell you not to eat so much food throughout the day and basically fast or starve your self throughout the day. You need 4-6 meals throughout the day to kick up your metabolism to help lose weight a healthy way. I think that people that give off the wall websites are trying to get you to go there and maybe even have to pay for the services that you read or supplements that they say will work. Fad diets like the cabbage diet, and soup diet or liquid diets do not work and if you do them then you are going to gain the weight back when you get sick of that diet, and you will get sick of it. I also feel that when people tell you to do hours of cardio they are way off also. you should do 30-40 minutes of cardio for a workout and not hours. When you do cardio for that long your body will need energy and after it is done consuming the fat for that it will go onto the muscle in your body. These are the kinds of things that you may want to look out for.

1. People who say that they heard that someone told them that this is bad ( or good ).

2. People who are full of advice but have never done their advice on their own.

3. One behavior is a lack of consistancy. All weightloss journies require commitment and consitancy.

4. People who sabbotoage your diet by saying that eating this one slice of cake won't hurt you.
