If i burn 600 calories 6x per week, will i lose weight?!
Question: my diet consists of eating 6 small meals per day, 1600 calories per day (i'm 16 + still growing), which means i would be eating every 2 hours. i am gonna start doing strength training, in a few weeks. i would burn the 600 calories by doing cardio (treadmill). of course, the food is healthy.

Are you fat? if not I wouldn't worry too much about dieting, just do well in school
If you are fat, avoid fruit juices and sodas. Drink only water and tea (unsweetened), maybe Gatorade as a treat.
