How can i get rid of hunger pains?!

cut out your stomach with a chainsaw, make sure its steralised first though.

Drink some water or clean your teeth !

Eat some kind of first class protein that will leave you feeling full or maybe you need to drink, sometimes your body thinks that it is hungry when in fact it is actually thirsty.

FYI - they're called "hunger pangs" not "hunger pains."

Drinking water will definitely help fill your stomach, plus there are no calories. Rice cakes work a bit too.

Instead of eating 3 big meals a deal, have 3 small meals with 2 or 3 snacks a day. The snacks being fresh fruit or vegetables. Foods high in fiber will fill you up better than junk food (apples, broccoli, etc).

try taking healthy, low calorie snacks with you so you won't have guilt about satisfying your hunger.

This is a trick question isnt it? Nah, just drink loads of water as it makes you feel full!

The liquid diet. I swear by it. And diets DO work it just that most people don't stick to them and you have to know that diets are only to be remporary untill you can learn to "watch what you eat."
So, the liquid diet: anything liquid. And it has to have been liquid when it left the store. You can't put something in a blender and call it a liquid. Soups are ok as long as it just liquids like tomato soup. And you can't just let ice cream melt and call that liquid. No yogurt either. But any liquid goes. And as much of it as you want.
Again: only meant to be temporary untill you can learn a better way to eat and exercise.

if you eat right you should not have hunger pains,when i get peckish i have a large cup of tea,those fruit flavoured ones,and a nice big apple,or any fruit.Try to keep your self busy to keep your mind off food,go out for a walk,or something.I have lost half a stone by doing this since Christmas.what i also do is have a good clear out its funny how time flies when we are busy. good luck. :)
