Is it possible to lose 40 pounds in 2 1/2 months?!


Question: I need to lose 40 pounds by middle or end of April 2008 and tomorrow is Feb. 1 2008 basically i dont care if its healthy or not but breakfast would be a bowl or two of cereal would be like salad or a hotdog no bun maybe some fruit with that and dinner would be like a salad again or somethin low calorie, then for exercise i will jog for like 5 mins (all i can do for now_ then walk 55 mins so 1 hour of that everyday then come home and do crunches sit ups and leg lifts by doin this this is 30-40 pounds possible in 2 1/2 months

you can do anything you push yourself too baby!

No, it not possivle with what your eating. Hotdogs are EXTREMLY fattening and you really should do more cardio. try to break it into little set if you can only run for 5 min.

Yes, it is possible, but also depends on your metabolic rate

40 lbs of fat? No

2 1/2 months..with hard work including cardio, weight training atleast 3+ a week with a good routine, and a good calorie deficit diet... 25lbs is more realistic.
