How in the heel do you expect to gain muscle in your arms without doing weights??

Swing a bucket full of water around your head.

push ups or wait till ur older

Try push ups or pull ups. You will get more muscles as you grow. Be patient!

resistance training and push ups.

go to the gym and get a youth fitness certification

Well um I do't know any other SAFE way without lifting weights or simliar stuff.

push ups, google it there are lots of ways to do them. chin ups, dips, etc....

dude ur a spaz do some pushups and lift weight and if cant get no weights then u dnt deserve to have bigger arm muscles

i started working with my father in construction at age 9 and growing up i always had big mucles only way your going to get good arm mucles is hard work and you cant expect to get anywhere with out weights if you dont have weights lift something heavy get a box of rocks together or something

well you don't need to lift weights you just need to do different types of exercise that include your arms like eg:

.javelin
.tennis
.arm wrestling
.swimming

i'm 15 and i'm 6ft4in and weigh 95kg and it is all , well mostly all ,muscle.
Just six months ago i was very skinny, about 18KG under weight, especially considering my height was well above average.i was told to eat a lot of protein and do light weight training.

You want to eat lots of tins of tuna. i eat two cans for breakfast, lunch and dinner and i also eat 2 portions of fruit mainly lemons with each meal. You need to go on 8km runs everyday like me and also do about an hour with light weights about 5KG. Then move on to a bench press of about 25KG and do at least 200 sit-ups or crunchs. Don't ever eat bread or crisps and soon (in about half a year) you may get a buff figure like me.
