2 slices bread (150 calories)

+ miracle whip (20 calories)

= 295 calories
2 pieces of salami @ 90 calories each
= 180 calories
piece of cheese
= 90 calories
handful of grape tomatoes
= 25 calories
2 baby carrots
= 8 calories
Total: 938 calories
Time: 4:00 pm
I have had about 1200 as I'm on a diet. I've lost 8lbs so far.
I fill up on green tea as well!
I have had 730 calories so far, it's about 2pm here in CA. I plan on having another 600-700 by the end of the night only because I already know what I'm going to be eating through the rest of the day.
Strangely in fact, I'm not one to follow the whole caloric counting diet, but today I wanted to find out on average how much calories I consume a day eating what I eat. So I'm actually impressed with myself
way more than I should have! My diet is usually 1100-1200 per day, I have already reached probably like 1200+ cals and I didnt even eat dinner yet!! And yes, I AM going to eat dinner lol? Oh well, cheat day for me.....

Jacket potato with cheese and salad.. no idea! Up to 600?!
Yoghurt apple and grapes.. i guess 150?!
Rice paella with prawns + chicken 350kcal
Half a tub of cookie dough ben+jerrys (friend crisis) 270kcal
Diet coke
Oh so 1600 I guess thats not that much. I thought it would be around 2000. I like the weight im at and love tasty food (and cheese!) so hey :)
Hmmmm..........let's see...
B: scrambled egg with veggies, toast, and orange juice- abput 400
S: most of a kashi granola bar- about 100
L: spaghetti, meatball, breadstick, apple, water- about 500
S: banana and 1 tbsp almond butter- about 200
D: salad with chicken and veggies, water- 400?
So about 1600 I think. I was pretty active today though so I might add dessert, lol! I'm only 13 though so what can you expect :P
