How much will i lose if?!


Question: breakfast- cereal
snack- 100 cal snack
lunch- spinach and chicken with baby carrot sticks nd water
snack- fruit or 100 cal snack or yogurt
---GYM--- 20 mins cardio on elliptical then abs or stregnth training, then 20 mins bike and again abs or strength training
after the gym a glass of milk- helps muscle right?
and then dinner- a little portion of whatevers for dinner

how much will i lose before june? and also will the belly fat go away?

rite now my diet is very bad i only have skim milk, no lunch, and a little of dinner.
do u think my belly is feeding off of that fat because its not getting anyfood?

i need to get rid of the lower belly fat

keep doing waht ur doing, but quite any dairy intake!

I can suggest you to change your eating style after two weeks in order to avoid body's gets used.
