Question: I do 2 sets of 30, that includes pushups, curls w/10 bell, all three sides of crunches and leg lifts 2 times daily. I know nothing about health but if i keep this up for at least 6 months will it tighten up my 150 lbs 5'10 frame? Or what should i do thats cheep?

Something you can do that you didn't list you do.....include a rest day.....if you work it everyday you're over-training. I push two muscle groups to exhaustion during my workouts. I don't work them again for two days. Your training tears down, you build back on the rest days. You can work abs everyday, but you should also include some lower back work to complement the abs. Your frame can carry more weight, but how much you want to weigh is up to you. Eat the right foods at the right times and you'll see some nice gains. If you can get access to more weights and maybe some machines work both. I'm about your size at 5'9", but I weigh 175 with 6% body fat. My diet is right and my workouts are intense. You need a rest day.
