Question: Im a freshman and Im 6' and 130 lbs and spring trainin can somebody give me some advice to gain 10-15 pounds in about a mounth and a half

Drink protein shakes right after a workout. Also what works for me is to eat a high protein sandwich between meals. a good one is a peanut butter sandwich with a cut up banana and honey on it. it taste better than it sounds. Most importantly is to eat right.

instead of eating small meals several times aday . eat two or three big means . nd i mean big . then after , sit or lay down nd try not to do physical work . wen ur full try to eat a little mroe than u normally woould . it works liek a charm =]

well insted of gainin weight u could loss it like eating less food and excersise more
