People who used Pilate's - Pick Your Spot ~ Please Answer ~ No Stupid Remark!


Question: How long did it take for you to see results by using this video. I am looking to purchase this DVD, but I want to make sure that it works. I hate to waste money on things that don't actually work. Please give me as much detail in your answer as possible. Like, I ccould pinch an inch or more of fat on my abs before doing the workout. After 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks of the workout I could pinch this much. How loose did your pants start fitting after doing the workout? This will help me make my decision. Thanks everyone

I have had the "Crunch" Pilates Pick Your Spot DVD for quite some time now. (Ellen is the instructor)....I'm not sure if we're talking about the same video but I saw results with this one in two weeks.
My clothes were practically hanging off of me. I worked each section (abs, buns and thighs) M-F and every other day I did the Total Body challenge.
Pilates is a great way to stretch and strengthen all the muscles in your body...you will realize faster results if you incorporate other exercises like running, swimming or biking (anything that relates to cardio).

I just started doing pilates earlier this week... I haven't SEEN the results of it yet, but I sure do feel them. Pilates is not easy also, you have to keep at it... It's a bit uncomfortable, but if you're persistent you'll get used to it.

Nothing happens over night, thinking you'll see results in a week is a bit unrealistic. That may be the case for some, but not others.
