Don't do it! They are ALL unhealthy! Let your doctor work something out for you, and maybe he or she can find something you can take, but don't buy anything from a store.

No, exercise and decrease your caloric intake. Earn it. It will be better in the long run if you make a lifestyle change. It is the most effective way to keep it off, even into your older age. Diet pills just make you gain it all back and more because they mess up your metabolism and you always end up resorting back to your previous eating habits after you've starved yourself with appetite suppressants. Cardio baby! Weight training! You'll feel great!

I wouldn't advise it. There's no point in you dieting right now when your body hasn't finished growing. You're going to be fighting against nature and there's no way you're going to win unless you're an Olympic gymnast. Short of that, why not do some type of cardio for 3 or 4 days a week just to keep in shape and see where you're at by the time you're 17?? If you're overweight already, the exercise alone should get those lbs off because you're so young. I would not take any pills.

i use to be very skinny..couldnt possibly gain weight...i wanted to take steroids..but then..i talked to my friend who happened to be a doctor..he told me not to and listed all the sideffects..

then i joined a gym..followed a routine..took me a year or 2 but then now..i have a perfect six pack...15 inch bicep and rock hard pecks...

believe me..its priceless

no way ur too young to take pills, second ur still growing let your body grow and mature and help it by doin excercise join a school sport stay physically active and eat healthy its ok to spoil yourserlf once in awhile but not all the time or else u wont lose any weight...drink lots of water and always drink cold water before you excercise it will get your metabolism going more...dont listen to that idiot in the bottom thats not a good way and i hope you dont become bulimc i used to be and its horrible experience and it sometimes leads to therapy and years to get over you rotten your teeth become infertile, and destroy your health i did that and didnt even lose the weight or kept it off...now i have to do it the right way when i could have been doin it that way since the beginning so have fun working out dont obsess over it and do it for yourself not anyone else

Baby doll! Please don't do diet pills. I have a step son who (when he was in 6th grade)was 187 pounds 5'1, he exercised, got involved with school sports, worked out at the YMCA, now he eats heathly. I'm proud to say he's 5'9" in 8th grade, varsity wrestling 3rd on his team and he's lost the weight, lost the teasing, gained muscles and humor and confidence. You can do it too, but you have to start now. You'll be so excited when you start seeing results. Plus when you are in sports you meet so many different people- just be active, it's a lot healthier and fun too. (think about this, when you stop taking the pill -what's going to happen to your body?) So choose something that will last a lifetime,like a different lifestyle.

Diet pills cause heart problems, I don't think that's a good idea. Drink lots of water, eat dinner about four hours before bed and take the stairs instead of the elevator. Good luck:)
