Is there a plan i could use to build muscles only on my legs?!

There is no better exercise for building leg mass then the squat.
Its very demanding, not only on your strength but also on your cardiovascular system so doing squats is a win win situation.

Be sure to go deep, that is below 90 degrees. Do 3 sets of 12,10,8 reps two times a week, best would be on monday and friday. Try to increase the weight with every new workout

After 3 weeks you can add some "widow makers".
This is how its done: Load the bar with a weight you can do 12 reps with, when you reach 12 reps don't lay down the weight but stand straight and take a couple of deep breaths, then again do as much reps as possible, stand straight and start breathing again. Keep on doing this until you reach 20 reps. One widow maker will be enough I can tell you.

Do this only once a week, the other leg workout you do the 12,10,8 sets. I guarantee you will see good improvement after 2 months.

Leg press and squats.
Do leg press 3X a week, high weight. This will bulk up your quads and calves.

Also, squats will help your quads and butt.

Be sure to eat lots of protein while you're doing this - your body has to build the muscle out of something!

biking is a great work out that will give you strong calves and thighs without much fat. it wont work your upper body too much unless you do tricks or jumps or stuff like that.

are stiff legged dead lifts for butt and hamstrings
front squats and hack squats with your feet low for the tear drops
squats and deadlifts for all leg (do close legged. wide, and regular)
barbell lunges for butt
hip adduction and abduction
and finish it off with a calf muscle workout 5 days a week
