Can you help with creating workout routine?!


Question: I've been slacking for the past year and would like to continue with my weight loss. We've got a home gym, free weights, treadmills, and some boot camp-style aerobics DVDs. I'm just not sure what to work on and when. Any tips on structuring a good routine would be great. Thanks!

Eh, personally I think you can get better results by mixing cardio and actual muscle training. I'd suggest checking out http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html , making your own routine (its not too hard, kinda fun I guess) and just make sure to eat lots of protein and drink water!

P90X or other beachbody.com DVDs give you the best results. Do it in the morning, before you go to work. Just to commit to wake up a little earlier and do it.
