ANSWER PLZ, If i do this daily for a few months will i...?!


Question: ...5-10 minutes of stretching, 20 minutes of demi-plies, 1 hour and 40 minutes of some other ballet moves, and to finish it off with 30 minutes of dancing to any kinda of music/and doing any kinda dancing moves i want!!! Will this help tone, teach, andlose weight for my body! Don't say anything about cardio burning fat(cause i know), also ballet usually raises my heart rate! Also don't say with a proper diet yes! I eat healthy as it is! My legs are also long! I am not en pointe yet cause i am teaching myself ballet(i have books and i can't take classes)!

hi yes but it will depend on your calorie intack as well
any kind of excersise done for 30 min a day will help tone up as for loosing weight .. the above will help but your calorie intake makes a big difference , if your calorie intake is greater than what you burn then you aint gonna loose weight.. i only say this as i know a couple of people who ate healthly and still didnt loose weight until they looked at exactly what calories were in her diet . the best way is to try and cut out carbs and high sugar stuff at night . if you think about it if you dont exersise at night then all those calories will just be stored in the body . !! one thing to bear in mind is that muscle weighs more than fat ..so you my put on weight first go of your clothes fit as a sign first.
hope this helps . you can eat a lot.! just be aware of "healthy option" stuff as alot have a high sugar level until you know whats in your food you cant control the results fully
