I need a workout routine?!

Question: does anyone have a workout routine that i can do?

i get home at like 2,and go to sleep around 11:00 p.m.

so i can't do anything before 2 or after 11:p.m(unless it's on a weekend).

i also want to specifically work on my stomach, yes,i know you can't spot reduce, but i also want exercises that would help tone it up.

i know it's askign alot.

ahha.

:)

thanks.

IT seems like you have a lot of time to go and do some workouts so there are different programs that you can do. You might want to start out with a proper diet also along with a workout program. A simple way to look at it is too consume 4-6 small meals throughout the day to speed up your metabolism, which will burn calories faster and help you lose body fat. Supplement with protein and consume carbs for energy, especially in the morning, but do not do it so much before you go to bed. Eat a simple carb after you are done working out to help the recover of your muscles. It also depends on how much you actually want to go to the gym, meaning how many days out of the week. For example I go to the gym 5 days a week and I break my exercises into one muscle group a day. I also split the gym time with half weights and the other half cardio. I get done in a little over an hour. If you are looking into getting tone then you will want to do less weight and higher reps to really get the muscles toner and higher in endurance. If you wish to lose fat on your stomach then you should first concentrate on doing cardio to reduce that layer of fat first then move onto doing ab exercises like crunches and hanging leg raises. Pick up some fitness mags for women and do some additional research on supplements / vitamins / minerals.

When you get off work I say just come in relax eat a saled have some water then around 3:30ish Focus on doing situps and other ab routines unless you are a member of a gym i wouldnt know .
