What are some good, healthy snacks I can eat?!

Question: I'm trying to eat more almonds and less gummy worms.

Answers: I'm trying to eat more almonds and less gummy worms.

Fruits, vegetables, airpop popcorn or smartpop popcorn, raw nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews etc), pumpkin seeds, sugar free jello or sugar free pudding, string cheese, celery & peanut butter, dehydrated fruit, raisons...
take a chocolate graham cracker broken in half, spread a thick layer of coolwhip or whipping cream on it (making a sandwich between the graham) and freeze it, this makes a great "Ice Cream Sandwich" that only has roughly 26 calories. I got it off this site that has a bunch of other low calorie, healthy snacks and recipe's

Fruits.

Vegetables. (: Kaishi Cookies. I wuv them. The cookies are made with 7 whole grains.. Yummyy

fruits, vegetables, nuts, baked whole grain crackers

- Fresh fruits. You could mix some of the fruits and make a fruit salad.
- Fresh vegetables with low calorie dressing.
- Nuts.
- Sugar free jell-o.
- Those 100 calorie packs of cookies, chips, etc. are good if you're craving a treat.

The brand "Little Debbie" makes 100 Calorie YUMMY snacks.. the are new out and cheap.

"South Beach" Cookies--- crushed and mixed with fat free cool whip--- freeze it and it tastes better then most ice creams..

Popcorn, Mixed Nuts, Yogurt, Cottage Cheese with crushed pineapple, granola bars, trail mix, jello, pudding, cheese and crackers, fruit, carrots and low-fat dip, red, yellow and orange peppers with low-fat dip, banana with tsp of peanut butter

Healthy snacks would be snacks with a short ingredients list, and very little processed or processed ingredients. avoid foods that have "high fructose corn syrup" or any large amount of things you can't pronounce easily. also avoid anything that says "enriched" "low fat" "low calories" "reduced calories" as these are probably bad for you.

bananas, apples, grapes, almonds, pretzels (Snyder's I think is the healthiest brand) natural fruit juice(again read ingredients to make sure there isnt any high fructose corn syrup or other hard to pronounce ingredients , the less ingredients the better) you can also take the natural fruit juice and freeze them in popsicle molds. much healthier than the store bought popsicles.

some other ideas are oranges, peaches, basically any kind of fruit you like. veggies like carrots, salads with olive oil and almonds or lemon juice or vinegar, whole grain unprocessed bread, you can dip it in olive oil with garlic for a yummy taste. its less unhealthy than butter or garlic butter. yogurt is another good idea for a healthy digestive track. hope that helps!

Carrots & celery sticks......fruits....popcorn ....raisins....pretzels

Almonds, cashews, peanuts, nuts in general, carrots, apples, fruit, celery, 'baked chips', organic peanut butter with saltine crackers, 100 calorie packs.

rice cakes? LOL
I'd rather stick to Pies, cookies & candy..
