My supplement/training regiment.... good?!

Question: Currently im 6'2 165-169lbs age 24. I have always been tall and skinny and ate what I want. Right now this is my regiment:
Morning: Cytogainer shake 54gs protein
Noon: 16gram protien bar
Early evening (Pre-work out): 40g protein 100% Whey Shake
Evening (Post Work out) 40g protein100% Whey Shake
Bedtime: Cytogainer 54g proteion shake.

I work out 20 min cardio and 50min of resistance training, elipticals not free weights, 3-4 times a week.

I have noticed a bit more definition and gained an 1inch or more in almost all areas Since I started in mid novemmber but just began the cyto gainer 2 weeks ago. Before I was jsut doing the whey shakes before and after work out.
I just want to make sure that is is going to be effiective i want to stregnthen and tone my whole body and pack on 20lbs or so.
What do you think?
