How'd i do today?!
Question: Hey there, so how do you think I did today as far as my diet goes?
breakfast-6:30am
1 cup cheerios with 1 cup soy milk - 200 calories
2 strips morning star veggie bacon - 60 calories
Water
Snack- 9:30- one chocolate chip granola bar - 100 calories
Lunch - roughly 12:20 or so
1 whole grain and organic pb sandwhich - 120 calories
1 chocolate chip granola bar - 100 calories
1 orange - ?
15 salt and vinegar potato chips - 140 calories
water
Snack - 3:45- a few salt and vinegar potato chips - around 140 calories
Dinner- 5:45 ish - salad with about 8 squirts of wishbone salad spritzers itatlian dressing - 23 calories and water
Exercise - I did walk slim quick s tart, two miles about half an hour, 30 crunches, 20 push ups, and did 20 reps with 5 pound weights, each arm.
