I lost 5 lbs in just 6 days and im very happy =]....?!


Question: AND i did it the healthy way

here's my diet --

BREAKFAST.. (11am - yes i wake up late)
egg whites with feta cheese
? glass of orange juice

SNACK.. (1:30pm)
cottage cheese w/ strawberries

LUNCH.. (3:30pm)
turkey, cheese, mustard, & tomatoes on whole wheat diet bread

DINNER.. (6:30pm)
salad with low fat dressing
steamed veggies

*i drank 8-10 glasses of water each day
*i did 30-60minutes of cardio every night at 7pm
*i stopped eating after dinner

WAS: 137 lbs
NOW: 132 lbs
HEIGHT: 5'2" (small frame)



this is just some helpful information for those that would like to lose some weight fast.

Great job.. Keep up the good work... Unfortunately you just lost water weight. Your body just cant shed fat that quickly. Same thing with adding muscle mass!! I would love it if I could gain muscle that quickly!!!

Wow that's a great job! I'd recommend you keep that up then jog at night if it isn't to snowy, then try some fun exercises like ice skating and roller blading basketball soccer whatever!
