Crash diets??!

Question: Don't worry! I am not going on a crash diet or anything!! (I know that they are harmful and unhealthy, and I am not stupid :) But anyways. In a magazine article, I read that a girl went on a crash diet and she lost TONS of weight to where she was severly unhealthy. But my question is... how did she lose so much weight by not eating, if you are supposed to gain weight by not eating.??

at first, you do lose weight. fat, as well as muscle mass, and organ tissue.
then your body will go into starvation mode, which severly downs your metabolism, so that ANY calories you consume will be stored as fat.

so by the end of it, you will weigh the same or more than what you started out with, but it will only be fat coming back, so you'll be even more flabby.
and your metabolism may never be as producvtive as it was.

eating below 1200 calories a day is bad.

that may be true of dieting, but no so with Hcg, you only loss abnormal fat and it has a 500 calorie daily diet, the other calories, 2000, come from the abnormal fat. And one last thing, you don't gain abnormal fat back with this 40 day protocol. check it out. Report It

  • Not eating at all usually results in extreme weight loss, and is considered anorexia.

Eating 1,000 calories per day (or similar) is different. It's enough that the body doesn't have to eat itself to survive, yet low enough that the body goes into starvation and hangs on to fat.
