Vitamins???!
Question: I take a multivitamin after breakfast. In the evening after a workout would a shake with Instant Breakfast in it be too much, that has no more than about 25% of most of the vitamins in it.
How much is too much Vitamins? And what about adding a Rockstar, with all the B-vitamins in it once in a while?
Any insight on the effects of vitamins would be great Thank You!

Most B-Vitamins are water-soluble, meaning that if you take too much you get rid of them when you pee. Some vitamins aren't safe when you take them in large quantities - but you're not likely to overdose on one multi a day combined with the foods you eat. Overdosing usually requires taking dozens of pills at a time, just like with medications.
