How often to the people from the biggest loser workout?!

Question: I don't mind which country it is...

But yeah I know they probably do it to the extreme but it would be nice to know how long they work for each day to acheive their goals.

i beleive i read they wrokout 6hours per day.
They also eat very healthy and clean and dont have acccess to the foods we do!
