How can i lose 1st ?!


Question: I alreay eat healthy,i make sure that my portion sizes are not too big and exercise for 1 hour a day..what else can i do?

I dont drink fizzy drinks, only squash or water or decaf coffee with no sugar, and skimmed milk.
I dont eat chocolate/sweets/etc normally..only every now and again.
I dont drink alcohol apart from every other weekend, and then only 2 glasses of wine, otherwise i'm anyones!

what am i doing wrong..i want to lose another stone, i am now 5'6, medium build, and 8st 8lbs (120 lbs)

it looks like you're doing all the right things,what you may not know is,it does take time to lose weight,dont expect it overnight,or a few weeks,just stick at what you're doing and it WILL come off,it always seems a long struggle to reduce body fat,but this is because we expect everyday we eat really well,we should be loosing loads of weight,but its not like that,it will take some time,but it will happen,and remember,just keep to this good eating pattern always,and you will stay healthy and slim.

Start of with the cabbage soup diet to lose between half a stone & a stone in a week, then go onto the Body For Life programme.

You need to do cardio/exercise as well. Eating well is only going to do so much without any exercise.

Also...what is a "stone" equal to in pounds?? Just curious :p

Are you ******* MAD, YOU ARE ALREADY UNDER WEIGHT, are you trying to get to a size 0 , bye the way it IS NOT A GOOD LOOK

The best way I find to lose stones is through taking them out of my pocket.

sorry your no where near medium build for your height if anything your under weight. if youve got mirrors in your bedroom remove them or cover them with posters or something its time to start liking you, stop looking in that mirror and keep of the scales

and some bad news for you decaff coffee is worse for you than cafinated coffee.. just think of all the chemicals they have to use to remove the caffeen either give it up totaly or drink regular.. caffeen is a stimulant and if anything it will help you loose weight

if theres anything you should be doing its eating more, eat healty. get yourself a bike and cycle rather than drive/take lifts and using the bus or walkm use the stairs rather than the lift.

please.. please ... if you realy think your over weight you realy should see a doctor
