When can i fit exercise into my daily life?!

Question: I am a full time single mum of 2 kids, also a full time student.
I wake up at 7.30 to get kids all ready for school, and me ready for college...then when we get home, i do all the normal stuff....dinner, bath, get kids to bed. Theni sit down at 8.30-9pm, and do about an hour of homework....and then i go to bed, as i'm very tired by then...where can i fit in an hour of aerobics?
I walk to college and back, so thats 30mins ,and i dont drive, so i walk everywhere , but i want to add more!

With little ones it's hard trying to do anything for yourself. Perhaps try getting up a little earlier and trying to do an exercise dvd or similar in a morning a couple of times a week or if you can get a child minder try doing an exercise class once a week or swimming, something for yourself where the time is for you only. Or as your kids get older join a martial arts class, good for kids to learn a discipline, good all round keep fit programme and won't break the bank.

spend 45 mins at the gym 3 - 4 times a week. Most gyms are open long hrs usually 7.00 am to 11.00 pm im sure you can fit some time in there somewhere. Or you can hire a personal trainer to come to your house and help you train that way you can keep an eye out on the kids.

check out if there is a pool or gym at college you could use between lessons. Take a long fast walk around campus for 30mins straight during the college day. I can see that you are busy, but apart from doing things in your college breaks you will just have to get up early.
I have a similar busy life and get up at 5:30 to be at the gym by 6:00 and home by 7:15, then wake my partner and kids and off we go. And I got used to less sleep, but quality, oh and nana naps on the weekend :-)

when you do your house work try and use it like an exercise programe, i am a full time mum and carer and that is a 24/7 job, doing the house work and adding exercise is brilliant, plenty of stretching exercise like dusting or cleaning windows etc, mopping i am stetching down and up which helps tummy walking up and down the stairs helps keep your legs in trim. works for me great.
