How do i loose the exces fat on my tummy?!


Question: im a very poor eater but i have a very big tummy i know its exces fat but what ever i do i cant loose it so what can i do

You need to start by eating better... more fruits, vegetables... cut back on your calories. Start exercising... walking, running, anything. Get one of those exercise balls... I do situps on them daily and they help a lot.

How about some self control. Put down the cheeseburgers and fries and drink a slim fast..oh and get off the computer and go do some crunches pronto!

Jog, run or ride your bike if you cant do that even walking helps

and dont forget your crunches


EDIT:
Eating right can help A LOT you might now beleave me but what you eat can tell your body what to do (burn calories or other stuff)

Never let your self to be hungry though that tells the body to keep the fat cuz your not getting the proper about of food

You should also try to cut sugars out of your diet

Why do so many people want to have loose fat?? I would rather lose fat than have loose fat!

My entire family collects excess body fat...Have you been checked for Diabetes.? I learned you can't loose belly fat unless you lose weight all over, and you stay free of stress...Stress is the worst cause of belly fat!!!!

Eat healthy - dont over-eat - 3 meals a day no more then 2 snacks a day and by snacks I mean low fat yogurt or an apple or string cheese, maybe celery with peanutbutter and raisins on it - those kinds of HEALTHY snacks - exersice daily, cardio 4x a week every other day - maybe you can get iNTO pilates too on your resting for cardio days - no eating after 7PM - no more then 1500 calories a day no less then 1200 calories a day - get it? Got it? GOOD. NOW GO!


SIMPLE, AND EASY....!

Ab exercises. And eat healthy(buy some fruit for e.g.)

Good exercise or painfull surgery..

Do exercise and drink lots of water.

Oh and if you just cannot get off the pc that while ur sitting stick ur tummy in at the maximum and let it out again and repeat and do this may times to strenghen your stomach muscles while having fun!!!
