What must I do so that my arms can have "cuts"?!

Question: I've been lifting weights lately, and I've seen results. However, my arms don't have "cuts", what must I do so I can have arms that look like they've been chiseled?

SImple answer is that there are 2 kinds of workout.

One is for bulk - very heavy weights/few reps
the other is rip - lighter weights / tons of reps

If your looking for rip use option 2.

One problem you may have is you need to have some bulk to rip so may want to go option 1 for a bit to build something to tear down.

Good luck!

It takes time and patience. Also, low bodyfat % is key to seeing veins / muscle definition ect.

You just got to keep going, man.

To reduce body fat do a cardio workout for AT LEAST 30 minutes after weight training. That way your burning fat too. 30 - 45 minutes. It's key. Good Luck.

You don't want "cuts" you want to "look cut". There's a difference. The latter is what looks good, the former is what emo kids do to their arms with a razor.

The only way you're going to get the definition you want is if you drop the body fat%. I'm talking getting it down under 10%.
