Question: im 50 kg i want to be 45kg
im 5ft5 i need to be a bit taller
im 29 inches round the chest
31 inch hips
my thighs are 19 inches and i want 17 inch thighs

am i a bad weighht??

You are asking the wrong people if you are really fat. By your description you do not sound fat to me. You should be asking a doctor about this issue and not trying to become the size 0 or size 2 models that walk the runway.

If your worried about your weight though ( cause your not heavy at ALL!) I would try to eliminate late night munching...anything from 2-4 hrs before bed time...I never eat past 10pm...no mater how hungry....tea or water or warm milk :)

You sound pretty healthy to me for your age and size. Work on eating right and exercising regularly as it will get you into the habit for years to come. Then let your body finish growing. At 15 you still have a few years until your body is completely matured. Concentrate on being healthy, not thin as you aren't fat.

But if you want to tone up so your thighs become smaller, do more exercise so that they tone up and lose fat.

And you're only 14 so you'll probably grow a bit taller.

at 100 pounds you would be underweight. You have a large waist, so maybe just work on toning that.

Everybody is built differently height and weight is less important than fat percentage.

Get a tape measure and fill in this chart and you will get a real scientific answer to your question.

you are not fat just start watching what you are eating since you are young you can start some good eating habits now.

you are 5' 5" and 110 lbs, that is not fat by any measure. if you got down to 99 lbs at that height, it may be too skinny. (as in not looking quite as nice). Only you could decide.

if you want you're thighs thinner, just work out you're thighs with light weight and lots of reps.

you are not a bad weight at all.
