Would i still be a healthy weight??!


Question: ok im 15 4'11-5'0 (yes ino short *** lol) at the moment i weigh 86lbs but i feel realy fat at this weight and would realy like to get down to 75lbs is that an ok weight for my height??

i wouldn't drop down if i was you, you are the same as every 13-18 year old girls. who think that they are fat when they are on the edge of being just bones. you dont have to be skinny to be healthy, im 17 5ft 6 and weigh about 185 lb. but im realy healthy just got big mucles( no realy i have). so no dont drop down.

youre not fat.

The best thing to do, to find out if you would be under-weight is to use BMI (body mass index). You can do this from the internet. Hope this helps.

you're not even CLOSE to fat. It sounds like you may already be underweight.

You're not fat... you probably just feel bloated because of something you've been eating.. when you say you 'feel' fat is it a feeling in your gut or is it something you see when you look in the mirror? The best thing you can do is to get tested for food allergies and eliminate those foods from your diet. Find out what else is making you feel bloated if that's what you're feeling and stop eating it.
