I have a workout problem...?!


Question: Whenever I set my mind to working out every other day or something, i end up doing it for about 2 weeks then getting lazy and procrastinate, then the finally i end up stopping. I need help for how to solve this. thanks

I completely understand. I used to be more like 3 days and then I would quit. here's what helped me... it's a little strange, but it works. go to landsend.com and click on a clothing item, then click on "try it on" it takes you to a page where you can create a virtual self. enter your height and weight as you are now... save the picture to your desktop. then create a virtual future you and the weight you want to be and save that picture. print them out and keep them side by side. it is the most motivating thing in the world to see what you could look like if you just do it. also, when working out picture yourself laughing with friends looking like the virtual future self - this sounds nuts, but it gets you through the tough grind. good luck....

Watch Rocky 1-6 in a marathon, if your not motivated to go to the gym everday after that then it ain't gonna happen.

It's tough to do. but like i said the only way your going to get it done is you have to want it

no-xplode motives me to go to gym.I love that stuff.Pumps me up all the time.Take it and gym is all you will be thinking.Believe me.
