crunches. run up and down the stairs, yoga, running, pushups,
lie on your back put something between your ankles ( i use a soccer ball) and lift your legs very slowly
squats
the bicycle ( lie on your back and pretend your riding a bike
go on your tip toes... now go down...and up lol you get it If you do this slowly than you will havegorgeous calves. also move your legs at different angles to target differetn spots.
pullups( on door frames)
the invisible chair... against a wall try it it works a bunch of things.

I recently began doing pilates....wonderful stuff! Can see a difference already. You would need to have a dvd player and purchase a dvd but you should be able to get a decent dvd on pilates for under $20. I also bought an exercise ball for $10 and this is helping too. Best of luck!
