How bad is light beer for a diet ...?!

All beer has high quantity of yeast and sugar, so if you're trying to cut back on fat intake then don't drink too much beer!

I think Liquid calories end up to be what they call Empty calories, so I would only have one maybe two at a time.
or try a glass of red wine instead

coint the calories. if you drink one or two i don't think it will hurt. beer is good for flushing ou your kidneys.
