Does leg lifting reduce thigh size??...does it work?!


Question: im not fat but i'd like to lose sum inche off my thigs

sum1 tol me 2 lie dow and do 30 to 50 leg lifting ....
dos it work? any other exercise or exrcises that help? thx!!!!!!!!

YES. doing leg lifts will use a lot of you thigh/leg muscles. exercises focusing on certain muscle areas help tone up/reduce size of the muscle (thigh, in your case)

I noticed a huge difference after a few months in the gym...keep it up and it will pay off big (or small in a matter of speaking) in the long run.

Yep, anything that is working out your legs... you will lose some inches off your thighs...
But you might just naturally bigger thighs... so you will have them in "shape" but still have them bigger than some girls.

Also cardio helps

Yap try the leg abduction it helps your hips,thighs and legs.
cardio do it for 45 or 1 hour..

You cannot spot reduce your body, but doing leg exercises will definitely help tone your legs, but you will also need to do cardio exercising as well such as walking, jogging, rowing, cycling and any aerobic workouts that gets your heart rate up.

Besides leg lifts, do some basic lunges, alternate leg lunges and squats.
