How do I burn 600 Calories.?!
Question: I am 5'3, and I weigh 132 lbs.
Would someone help me put together a exercise routine that burns 600 Calories a day?
Resource wise I have 2-5 lb weights, DDR, um and an elliptical trainer.

I work on 600 cals a day myself.
By achieving this, I row 6 km's between 70-80% of my max heart rate which consumes about 400 cals.
Superset 5 bodyweight chins and 20 decline pushups with a total of 5 sets, resuming the following set on the 5 min mark. This totals 100 push ups and 25 chins which consumes about 200 cals.
Generally I'll do the bodyweight in the morning which takes 25 mins, then row in the afternoon which takes (after the warm up of reaching 60% of my MHR) 25 mins.
In total...50 mins exercise totals 600 cals.

go on the ddr for about an hour and you'll burn around 600, remember, your body is burning calories even after you work out so you probably burning on the lines of 750 calories.
cardio on elliptical for 20 mins burns abot 250 cals. if u do that for 40 mins you can burn 500
and and hr of ddr burns 100+
