There are no foods that burn fat, but you can eat foods that have a very little amount of fat and calories. Grapes have a negative amount of calories, that means it takes more calories to burn the grapes off when you digest them than you actually gain. The same with peaches. Foods that are good for you and low in fat are: Fruit, vegedables, non fried or baked chicken or fish, skimmed or low-fat milk, brown ice and brown bread. High fats that you are allowed are cheese.

you must eat healthy, to fill yourself up eat lots of veg with your lean meats, plenty fruit to, ask your mum to get plenty of it in, keep of the sweets ,crisps, and all the other rubbish, your mum will help you.
