Should this happen?!
Question: i won't say i'm too fat and i won't say i'm too thin. i havne't done any excercising for bout 3-5 years. and you know when sometimes u see how much fat you got by pullin your stomach, its about...5 cms? so i started doin sit-ups, push-ups etc again. i go joggin every day for 40 minutes on my treadmill. i'm 15, 5ft 10. and so how long should i do this for?
i do about 80-200 sit-ups a day (in different times)
i do about 80-200 push-ups a day (right after each part of sit-ups)
joggin- once a day.
i've been doin this for about a week. i stil eat 5 fruit and vegs a day and i sitll take the odd chocolate ^^.

You are doing too much abs exercise and push ups. No need to do so many reps to be fit. But if you enjoy, continue
