What's a few good excersises that I can do at home to lose a little bit of w!

There are many easy exercises at home- I happen to do some myself. I found that one of the easiest ones is to simply tuck your feet under a couch, and do sit ups. Start at twenty, and then as the pain begins to go away after you do them for a week or so, try forty. It really helps and oddly becomes addicting.
Another easy exersie, probbly the easier, is walking up stairs. Just go up a staircase in your house about five times and you'll already feel the burn in your legs- going down some stairs doesn't hurt though.

Squat down and up, down and up, keep doing that and you will build your legs while burning calories. Also you can do push ups and sit ups.

If you don't want to join a gym, then just buy some low weight dumb bells, and maybe a pushup grip assister and do sets of pushups, situps, and dumb bell exercises...you can search on line to find some. Plus drink plenty of water and maybe cut back on portions or snacks a bit.

I will give you ONE....accomplish this task and you WILL lose weight.

Jump rope for 3 minutes on and 1 minute off for 31 minutes a day..everyday and you will lose weight faster than any other cardio program out there.!

i learned this from a professional trainer:
sit on the ground and touch your toes while someone is pushing your back
throw your arms straight back and have someone push them farther
when doing these make sure you dont push too hard or someone could get hurt

exercise don't always have to be the same boring thing all the time, if you like to dance just turn on some music and dance to it. make sure you do stretches before anything.
if you don't care to dance or fill you want to add to the dance. you can get a chair and do all different exercises while watching T.V if you like.
sit with your back straight against chair, lift one leg up pointing toe, and hold for the count of 20 exchange legs do the same with other leg and do 5 Xs( you should fill it in you thighs. use your chair to help you do squats, leg lifts, all sorts of different things.
but some other advice when going shopping at a store, mall etc. don't look for the closest parking place, find one a little further out to get a little more walking in. if you could take a walk around your neighborhood do so . walking is a excellent source of exercise. the same with bike riding even if it's just riding around the block once or twice it helps. don't forget your breathing and stretching.
