How can i improve my health?!


Question: i really am in bad shape and i admit i eat bad foods and i dont exercise and im always sick.. like having colds and etc and im tired of it so any good tips on what i should do im all ears this time

Well, you kind of already know the answer.
You should try to get back to a state of wellness. Start slowly by changing your diet and start doing some easy exercises like just walking for 20 minutes 2x a week. Then as you've eased into it start eating completely healthy and exercising 4x a week. You can always ask your doctor for more tips.
