How can I lose 40 pounds by May?!

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

By May of this year? I think that is way too ambitious a goal for weight loss in a healthy way. It can probably be done, but you will have to starve yourself and work out many hours a day.
