What are some special exercises targeting you're abs??!

Question: right now i already run 20 min every day, and do an hour of yoga 3 times a week, but i want to target my abs, i want them flat and toned by summer. please help. i've heard that some crunches only build muscle under the fat, so it makes you look puffier, so please give me serious answers that would really help me. thank you.

You're correct about crunches, but the same applies for any targeted muscle exercises. Your best bet is to just do overall exercises that burn fat from your entire body, or at least that's what I've learned from http://www.slimabsonline.info/abs.html

Also, I still don't know why people still think of Yoga as exercise. It's a Hindu religious experience that was not designed as an exercise that somehow became thought of as an exercise in the Western world. Do some aerobic exercise and skip the yoga (assuming you're doing the yoga for exercise since that's what you're asking about).

Eat a big mac
while laying on the floor with you back up off the ground.

try this one video called billy banks abs bootcamp. when you really suck your stomach in and do this 45 min workout you can actually see a difference in week

This web-site really helped me get my abs into shape, and it was free. Be sure to click on the mini work-outs. They offer a work-out for every body part, and do include yoga.
